The 2025 International Conference on Advanced Materials, Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing (AMMEM 2025) was successfully held from November 19 to 21, 2025, in Langkawi, Malaysia. The three-day conference brought together experts, researchers, and industry professionals from nine countries to discuss emerging technologies, recent research advances, and future trends in advanced materials, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing.

The conference officially opened on November 20 with opening remarks by Professor Jamaluddin Mahmud of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. Professor Mahmud welcomed the participants and introduced the background, program, and objectives of the conference, expressing his expectations for productive academic exchange and successful collaboration.

The academic program featured keynote presentations by Professor John Mo of RMIT University, Australia, and  Professor Jamaluddin Mahmud of UiTM, as well as an invited presentation by Associate Professor Libin Niu of Shinshu University, Japan. The speakers shared their latest research findings and perspectives in advanced materials, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing, generating active discussions among participants.

The three-day program combined academic depth with interdisciplinary exchange. In addition to three keynote and invited presentations, the conference featured two technical sessions, a dedicated poster session, and a cultural and exploratory program in Langkawi.

Representatives of the Association of Natural Sciences and Information Engineering of the Asia-Pacific also participated in the conference and engaged in academic exchanges with researchers and professionals from different countries. The event provided a valuable opportunity for the Association to strengthen its connections with the international research community and explore potential collaboration in advanced materials, engineering, manufacturing, and related interdisciplinary fields.
