Environmental engineering is an applied discipline integrating environmental science and engineering technology, mainly concerned with environmental protection, pollution prevention and resource recycling. Urban planning and design in this interdisciplinary field, mainly refers to urban design and environmental design. This includes the purposeful planning and creation of buildings, landscapes, and the overall environment related to human activities to achieve an ideal state of function and environmental sustainability, seeking to find a balance between urban development and the natural environment in the context of rapid urbanization.
